1. Introduction
At Render Walk, we are committed to delivering premium-quality architectural visualization, 3D rendering, virtual walkthroughs, and design services. Every project is customized to meet the unique requirements of our clients and involves dedicated creative effort, technical expertise, and production time.As our services are digital and tailored specifically for each client, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order or making any payment.
2. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project by sending a written request to info@renderwalk.com.Cancellation requests will be handled according to the current stage of the project:
Before any design, modeling, or production work has started: Eligible for an 80% refund of the advance payment.
After design or 3D modeling has commenced but before final rendering: Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
After rendering, animation, walkthrough creation, or final delivery has begun or been completed: No refund will be issued.
Please note that once work has started, our team allocates resources and production time exclusively to your project. Therefore, full refunds cannot be provided after production begins.
3. Refund Policy
Advance payments and milestone payments are considered a commitment toward project execution and scheduling.Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Render Walk is unable to initiate the project within the mutually agreed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to our team.
The delivered service significantly differs from the approved project scope or requirements, and the issue is verified after an internal review.
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the approved quotation or project proposal.Additional revisions, design modifications, or scope changes requested beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.
Requests for major changes after approval of design concepts or completion of work may require a revised quotation.
5. Digital Products & Deliverables
All deliverables provided by Render Walk—including but not limited to:3D Renders
Architectural Visualizations
Virtual Walkthroughs
Animations
Design Files
Digital Presentations
are custom-made digital products created exclusively for each client.
Because these products cannot be returned or reused, no refund, exchange, or replacement will be provided once the final files have been delivered.
6. Force Majeure
Render Walk shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or refund obligations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Power outages
Internet or server failures
Labor disputes
Pandemics
Other unforeseen events
In such situations, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
